Daycare & Learning Centres
Little Beginnings Daycare & Learning Centres was founded by Sebastien and Kristy Garneau in response to the need for more licensed day care spaces in the region. Starting from scratch and re- purposing an empty 3500 square-foot grocery building, the Garneaus achieved their vision of creating a daycare centre that meets the early years needs of childrens, while developing a sense of self- worth and belonging.
In 2017, Garneau Group launched a second Little Beginnings location in Kincardine to meet the need for before and after school programs in the community.
Programs
Little Beginnings Daycare Centre is divided into three programs: Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool. Little Beginnings Daycare meets all of the requirements of the Day Nurseries Act. The programs are managed by a full-time Supervisor who acts as a resource liaison between parents, children, staff, the centre and the broader community.
Before and After Programs
Little Beginnings opened a second location in 2017 to meet the need for before-and-after school programs in the community. This location provides specialized before-and-after school care programs for children up to 13 years old.

We strive to follow the “How Does Learning Happen?, Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years, and abide by the regulations set out by the Child Care Early Years Act (CCEYA).
